Built end-to-end on Bubble.io, NoytoN centralises everything a condo or gated-community manager needs in one modern web app:
Unit-centric database – a rich “Unit File” records owners, tenants, non-resident staff, pets, vehicles, emergency contacts and key dates, with role-based privacy so only managers can edit. Scope_4
Targeted communications – managers broadcast email + in-app notices to any combination of owners, residents, board members, or custom apartment groups and attach PDF/JPG files that expire with the notice. Scope_4
Amenity booking with approvals – residents request slots for gyms, pools, party rooms or any manager-defined asset; the calendar prevents double-booking, enforces monthly limits and handles wait-lists, cancellations and ban periods. Scope_4
Security ops hub – guards get their own login to log shifts, incidents, visitor entries, parcel receipts and key issuance, while managers view real-time reports. Scope_4
Voting & surveys – one secure vote per apartment, deadline-driven, with automatic tallying and printable results. Scope_4
Parking, lockers & bike racks – track allocations, temporary transfers and visitor permits, all linked back to the originating unit. Scope_4
Excel-ready reporting – managers export ad-hoc lists (e.g., all pet owners, units on vacation, residents needing assistance) directly to CSV/XLS for offline analysis. Scope_4
My role: product owner & lead no-code developer. I translated complex HOA workflows into 120+ reusable Bubble components, layered fine-grained privacy rules, and augmented Bubble with custom JavaScript for CSV generation and advanced calendar logic—all while keeping the UI clean, responsive and accessible on desktop and mobile.
Tech stack: Bubble.io, custom JS plugins, CraftMyPDF, 1T CSV, SendGrid, responsive Flexbox engine.
Impact: NoytoN automates manual spreadsheets and phone calls, cutting administrative overhead for property managers by ~40 % and giving residents a seamless self-service portal.
