I managed this project end-to-end, building an eCommerce website for a boutique hotel with an integrated booking management system, including payment processing and automated invoicing. I handled the UI/UX design for seamless user experience, and also managed copywriting and SEO to enhance online visibility. The project was managed through a shared online tracker, ensuring transparency and effective communication with the client. Delivered within the agreed timeline with full functionality.
